ok, since i've been goaded into blog writing about the holiday, here goes...
so, my b/f actually got along amazingly with my family and was able to control his drinking. my mother likes him and my mother hates everyone. he made my father laugh so hard he drooled and he talked religion with my papa who lives for that shit. my little brother actually stole him from me for a while playing call of duty. even my sister was pleasant to him and she is always a passive aggressive bitch to pple i bring home.
the b/f and i talked about making alcohol a weekend and special occasion thing and he says he's on board so, only time will tell.
my new years was completely bitchin AWESOME! even though half the pple i tried to invite didn't show, it was for the best because my house was pretty much at capacity.
no one barfed and pple helped clean up so i woke up to a non trashed house.
AND i spent all day yesterday watching a marathon of LOST with my bestie and i finally got to see the season finale. now i just can't wait until season 6. those bastards really know how to confuse the hell out of you but i LOVE it!
now, i'm off to target to spend my gift certificates on movies to rot my brain (specifically 9 and district 9)
2010 is off to a good start.
