ok....so, after thinking about this after we talked last week and seeing what you wrote above YOU do not have to do anything. He needs to step up, tell them as long as he pays rent there, his girlfriend can come by and be in HIS room, as HIS guest as much as HE wants. You are not a pain to get along with, youre not the type to just mooch off their stuff, etc so it is not an unreasonable situation.
Basically, he needs to grow a pair and tell them how its gonna be or you, unfortunately, might have to remove yourself from the situation.

On another note i agree with Ardour, I would stay with a girl cause i like her not be cause she puts up with my bullshit(which in my case is not alcohol but deployments).
