hey you - I am SO WITH YOU on the sleeping tip. My caffiene reduction is going ok. I have been steadily doing well and then today - WHAM!!!! And I do NOT mean George Michael and the other one (who is that forgettable kid, anyway?). I am so exhausted I want to barf. Oy. SO tired. I had to give myself a bit of the sweet, sweet stimulant caffiene. Now I feel like slightly more alert death. Whoohoo!

This week I am just doing til it gets did. Next week is looking much better. How you is?
