supernal

managed to get up early today(propably due to sleeping most of sunday!) went to the gym and did lots of exercise then was in the workshop till late so tired again now, oh well means I might actually be able to sleep tonight.
Had a good weekend satyed in friday night watching tv with glyn and Hayley, Fran didnt come round as she was recovering from flu. At some point in the night I agreed to go woth glyn to her shiatsu massage class on saturday. Oops that was a bit silly I had to get up at eight o clock on a staurday moring, dont think I've ever done that before! anyway the class laste dall day and was quite intresting, think it woul dahve fitte dinto half a day if we didnt have such a stoned hippy teaching us, took him ages to say anything!
Then had to rush back from the class meet Fran and get ready to catch the coach to leicster. Had fum at Foundation the night thats replaced electrotribe. There was lots of people out including some of the london crowd, managed to get some pics on my new phone! got back lat ethen couldnt sleep because of disco biscuits! which is why we spent most of sunday in bed!
Hopefully going to see ultraviolence in sheffield this saturday gonig to try n find out how much it would cost to hire a minibus so let me know if you ar eintrested in going.
