So here we are with the latest update. Not much to tell, still plugging along. I've had to learn to cook quite a bit, which is a switch for me as I've never really done much cooking before. So far so good, I haven't set the house on fire yet. Anyway, here are the weeks results.
Day 5 - 302.9 (I cheated a bit the night before at a holiday party...)
Day 6 - 299.6
Day 7 - 298.1
Day 8 - 297
Day 9 - 295.6
Day 10 - 293 (My manager at work provided breakfast so I had half a biscuit with some gravy.)
Day 11 - 293.2
I find it amazing how fickle this diet is. Even the slightest deviation from the prescribed menu or foods seems to nullify and entire days worth of dieting. I'm still happy with the results so far and I hope to be around 280 when all is said and done. I have a plan for stage two that involves more protein, more meals and an intensity based workout. I would like to see 220 by the end of march, but it's a long road with a lot of hard work.
