Got a non-trivial bonus at work, leading to my first post-tax 4-figure check. Mmmm.....

And some of us in the office are starting to think that the management is showing signs of firing the Space Monkey. Our intergalactic simian has been fucking up a lot lately, and the hiring of two new techs would seem to indicate two openings (which, yeah, means they're possibly not hiring two techs to replace me. Oh well).

I think they're going to wind up hiring 4 or so by the end of the year, even though they weren't planning on hiring ANY. The techs are like on the edge of revolt for having to deal with our galactic primate.
