I have been under a lot of stress lately
I am taking on more work now than I have ever done in my life. My rule of thumb has always been 'the more stress you can handle, the more successful you are'. that might not be right for everyone though. Seome people just like no stress & lead a very simple life. I have even stopped my cigarette habit & am putting effort to continue my running. I need to get back into shape to start my basketball leauge.....i do not like losing at all!
