I got that new guitar. It's fucking dreamy. Pics to follow, I reckon, if I remember to charge my camera battery.

I broke my personal spending record at the rippers last night. That's it. I'm retired. And I didn't spend half of what one of my friends did. We're morons.

And you're god damned right that I dig both Slipknot and Bowie!!!

Oh - and a happy Canada Day to all!

PS - Just got back in from seeing Spider man 2. A review may follow, but suffice it to say the film is an utter delight. I can say without betraying my snob roots that I may have just seen the first superhero/comic book/action/summer blockbuster type that is worthy of Best Picture.

And I'll defend that to any of you mugs. So bring it on!!!
