I got in THREE workouts today!
Cardio in the morning on the way to work.
Weights at lunch.
Cardio after work on the way home.
YAY ME!!!
(and no, the walk to and from work don't count as the workouts - this is all nasty, sweaty, loud-metal-in-the-headphones gym time)
And while I'm tweaking this entry, I just want to say that if you don't like the Mighty Mighty Bosstones, then there's just something fucking wrong with you.
(Further update: okay, not really. You guys know I love you, right?)
(Further further update: the very definition of cute is my girlfriend singing along to System of a Down's "Shimmy".)
