superficial

last night was my first temp. job... it wasn't horrible, but it wasn't what they told me it was gonna be... i ended up being a "runner" for the credit department for a new store opening... and what i had to do was "run" the credit applications from the greeters to the credit application processors in the back of the store... it would have been awesome if i didn't have to wear my uncomfortable dress shoes... my heels are all fucked up and bloody from them... but i got a $10 gift card a 10% discount for the night and got paid... i ended up buying a new pair of vans and spent a majority of what i made for the night (between the vans and a new pair of black pants to replace the ones i couldn't find and had to wear). all in all it was worth it.

my next temp. job is going to be actual data entry, though...

i'm going to be working much more than 40 hours a week for the next few weeks... my main shitty job is between 35-40 hours a week... and then i can put in as many days at the temp. job as i want... i need the money now and i don't have anything better to do... so...

i'm doing fine except for my bloody heels... i'm finally feeling like i'm doing what i need to be doing right now... i'm figuring out my plan for the future... and i'm being selfish...
