I'm back from the show and trying to recover. The Scorpion Bar was awesome! I celebrated my birthday there Thursday night before we left Foxwoods. I lost track of the vodka's and crans and the shots of JD I was consuming, but it rocked all in all.

I start this week finding out that we're converting two new customers starting May 10th. One is a 200 store group in New England (thank god it's almost summer). I know I'll be sent up to help eventually, but we're also bidding on new business at about 5 other retailers and there is a lot of background work that I have to do before the powers that be can make their presentations. It's like we've been full tilt since January.

My love life is still not leveled out. I'm getting along great with Leah and Johnny, but we still aren't getting time to see if we mesh well intimately. I really hate furthering any relationship including a child when that is still hanging out there. Not to mention my ex from Florida is back on the radar. The guy she started dating that brought around out breakup (we always kept it that we weren't dating, so it wouldn't be like breaking up. That is until it actually happened). We ended up talking about our feelings for each other more and I know it's there if I want to pick it up again, but she won't move. I even expressed my desire to get married, but she's tied to her job at Disney.

I've missed the first two events with my Civil War Reenacting unit this year. The next event is the Battle of New Market in VA on May 15th and 16th. I'm determined to make that one.

My four surface piercings rejected so now I just have four scars on my chest. I'm still thinking tattoo though.
