Well, this is day four of the no rubbing out watch and it's getting tougher every day. I keep catching myself playing with myself and fantasizing about Amy. I was out of the office today and I really missed seeing her. Maybe that's why it's been so hard to keep from thinking about her today?

This is day 5 of the non smoking watch. Not the slightest interest in smoking anything. I do find it curious that I picked up this summer cold the day I quit.

I would really like to talk with Amy, but I'm getting the vibe that it's not the best time right now. I'm not going to push or rush anything. Besides I have to get ready for my goddaughter's visit next week and my parents in a few weeks after that.
