Holy hells have I been a busy body. Working three'sh jobs and such.

I went to an awesome poetry read tonight, the grand Flywheel Experiment, number two. The experiment was to have each poet read the work of another poet at the reading, all random and such. It went really well and there were some amazing moments. The much famed Christian Bk's work was read with the accompaniment of the One Man Gangland Toy Band, which, as you can imagine, was a total riot. Haven't laughed that hard in weeks. There were more hi-jinx to be certain, but it'd be best if you all came out to these things. They're way more fun that I can write late at night after too many whiskey sours.

Tonight was also convocation day and so we went out to the Ming to celebrate. That was where the sours came in. I also picked up a mokeskine notebook to jot out all the random stuff that I pass around as thoughts. I've been needing a pocket notebook for a bit cos I got tired of hauling around fullsize blanks to be filled with said randomness.

Oh and of course bought new pants, a new shirt and new socks. All new clothes, except underwears, is always the makings of a good night. And there's something neat about coming home in different clothes than when you left in the morning, or afternoon or twenty-five minutes later. Depends on where you live.
