I'm sorry to hear about your cat. Do your two play-fight? Or maybe he got an insect or a bit of grit in it. He could have even scratched himself whilst grooming. I hope it clears up soon. Cats are funny going to the vets. They seem to know. I'm lucky, because our vet is at the end of the road I live on. If I take Dave, he fights to get in his carrying case, then sits meek as a lamb whilst the vet examines him (usually fighting injuries). He (Dave, not the vet) always looks surprised when he has his temperature taken, which always makes me laugh. Dave just sits there as he's given injections, and goes all floppy so the vet can put him back in the case. I never laugh when I see the bill (how bloody much? for five pills and a jab? Daylight robbery, etc.) Then I get home, and usually have to tip Dave out of the case, as he now likes it in there. I usually end up covered in scratches. I do, somewhere have a photo of him looking rather sorry for himself, post vet visit. He really does look very sad.

thanks to you guys for your comments wishing me well. Sorry it wouldn't let me reply to you! I'm still feeling like shit. In a lot of pain and spaced out. I'm glad I went to the doctor when I did! Probably would have ended up in hospital if I hadn't. Anyway, thanks for the comments <3

That's horrible. :( at least you went to the doctors though and something is helping. I know so many people that would have just dealt with it. I hope you get better really soon. Sending tons of love and good vibes!

Thanks @delaney if I'd just dealt with it I would have been in the hospital. I'd rather not be in hospital haha

so today was my first day back at work after my biopsy. Man what a struggle! I'm usually tough about this kinda stuff (I worked through slipped disk before). I'm just so wiped out today! Crazy!

Sleep is good, and I'm a big fan of it. My idea of paradise would be to simultaneously sleep and read a good book. If you saw some of my badges yesterday, you would have seen how seriously I rate being in the company of Morpheus. Oddly, there are two things I have to do to sleep properly.(1): I have to be on my left side. I cannot sleep deeply any other way. (2): I have to be aligned facing West. Again, I can never sleep properly facing any other direction. So, if I have to get up early for something, I sleep on my right hand side, facing East, and never really sleep at all, just doze, in fits and starts. It has been that way since I was a kid. Weird, isn't it? 😘😘😘

Not to me @mrwaverly I never sleep well. Usually in bursts and a couple of hours. Probably why I need so much sleep
