Ok, I live in the next town over from where I grew up. I still go to my hometown (Kailua, for those that really care) pretty regularly.
Last night, I actually went out hitting the bar scene there. As I walked into the first place we went, the singer actually announced to the club that I had showed up.
A few minutes later, an old high school friend of mine showed up. When he saw me, he came up and said "cool, you made it out. I heard rumors that you were coming tonight." WTF?
Apparently I'm still notorious around town.
