I introduced myself to Astor Piazzolla's "Tango: Zero Hour" tonight and it is absolutely incredible. What a magnificent work. His New Tango Quintet is full of passion and soul. Astor even says, "We gave our souls to this record" and it perfectly comes across in the music. This is some of the best music I have ever laid ears on.
PS - If you haven't yet read skruffy's "The Bardo" you are missing out. He has a terrific way of describing humans. His stories are too true to be simply recreated. This man has lived life and seen a plethora of its angles. He has experienced so much and it is clearly evident in his writing. Go check out skruffy now. You will be sorry if you miss this.
