The other day I was thinking about how I'd like to teach a music appreciation class that brought people together and taught them to appreciate other music. I want people who like punk and people who like hip-hop to see that both of those forms of music come from the same concept. They are both commentaries on today's society. They both brew from the same social standpoint most of the time. Music is meant for enjoyment and enhancement of life. People should not argue over which music is better or worse. It should all be included in the wonderful cornucopia that is MUSIC.
