I'm going to Scotland in December for my dad's wedding. Woo hoo! Anyone been? Recommendations for what to do and see? We'll be in Edinburgh.

I was in Edinburgh a few years back. Definitely eat from the fudge shop on High Street, kind of across from the John Knox house assuming it's still there (I don't know why it woulnd't be.) Also World's End pub makes very good haggis. And if you like graveyards there was a neat old one... It was either called Blackfriars or Greyfriars, I forget. It has old tombstones with actual skull-and-crossbones designes on them.
