well today has been productive. Have new job and as someone putting data on the computer not highly interesting but good pay.Busy weekend dinner on sat and luch sunday plus dance tom and a supper kinda thing. Spoke to Rich today aw what a guy he a nice guy been friends since sep but just real close. He might come to my birthday thing in August. Can't wait for that. Sam Atkins been wicked. I have lost little weight and continue to exercise. I am going to a support group tom and have my own counsellor, I sopke to her today and she says how im acting is normal which is comforting. I suppose people deal with thing sin their own way. Saw Cat last night got slightly drunk ah well have not had alcohol for bloody ages. Sam is insisting i come out this weekind to Chelt shall go suppose.

So yeah im doing well.Its is quite funny as i don't know why i write in rhis journal no need really. Doing it on your own is kinda nice.Im getting there im strong i know i can do this. No matter what anyone says i will get there i believe in myself.its wierd saying that after last weekend. Space helps you realise you can do it alone just takes courage.

Anway got bloody ballet tonight old teacher insists i go.
