I got another tattoo yesterday. It's a big, pink peony flower that starts on the front of my ankle and spills onto the top of my foot. It didn't seem like such a bad idea when I first thought of it, but let me tell you that you should never considering getting such a massive tattoo on top of a joint. I've been gimping around the house like a cripple! I can't even do the dishes without whimpering a little. Luckily, I have the day off again today, so hopefull I'll be able to recover before I have to go back to work and be on my feet all day. I've spent the majority of the morning washing it, rubbing aquafore on the damn thing and sitting on the couch with a frozen bag of tater tots on my ankle hoping to bring down the swelling and help it heal faster. My kitty, Cadillac isn't helping much either. He has an obsession with feet. My feet, your feet, my mother's feet... anybodys. As long as they move and he can attack them. You can imagine how that would be distressing. But that's enough whining, I've had a pretty good week. I thought I lost the ring my boyfriend gave me, but I called my work and they recovered it!
Also, I'm getting another flower on the other ankle to keep things symmetrical, anybody have any suggestions of what kind and what color? I'd apreciate the help!
