Yeah, she actually is in the gifted program. She was home schooled up through 2nd grade I think, and then hit the public schools in 3rd. By the 4th grade she was in all gifted classes, whch is when I met her. We were in Texas then though, so it was a little different. But prior to going in to 5th grade (in Mississippi), she took her IQ test and they placed her in the advanced program. She's bored with it though. That's why I was thinking about putting her in a prep school. Or a magnet school. Something a little more advanced than the advanced? LOL I just don't want her to get too bored and start slacking off. Ya know? Do you know of any good schools in the Jackson area for gifted students?
