I found out that my aunt whom I have never met is an elementary school teacher who has gotten teacher of the year 6 times. She also is a political activist and she feeds the homeless. I think she might be my favorite aunt and I have never met her. Maybe when I go to California for training I can meet her.

Hahaha the vampire thing is hilarious. In fact, it's becoming so cliched that I am beginning to hate vampires, and I'm a horror writer.
Maybe part of the problem is that vampires are constantly being portrayed as being cool, suave, tortured, sexy and beautiful. To remedy the situation, I propose writing a series of Anne Rice-style books called Vampyr Nyrds, about a bunch of spotty, stupid, nose-picking, bloodsucking social retards. Now that would be awesome!
