this is the first day i've properly been able to get myself out of bed. I ended up getting sent home from work, so I've been in bed since friday in so much friggin pain. I felt like my body had done a marathon, I've not been able to speak and my head has been constantly sore. I finally got a docs appointment and she just said to "rest" and do what I have been doing for 4 days, grrrrr.

at least i'm slowly getting my voice back, even though its a wee bit husky.
