I am kind of depressed right now, side affects are up and down and I am pretty much tired all day long, I get the shakes and nauseous every now and then. It's hard but I think I will be ok after I get used to it.

Maybe your system is just upset with the change of schedule in taking the meds... I hope it will balance out after a while.
