Squid Ink Pasta with Pan Fried Calamari and Peppers
and... that's all for tonight.. I forgot to take pictures of the other two courses. One was lobster tails and asparagus with a garlic butter and wine sauce, and the other was a "mushroom burger" fancy creation of mine. Dessert (3 of them) was peach gelato, chocolate pecan pie, and biscotti.
Sorry for no piccas.
I should mention that my company for the night was more delicious looking than any food I could have put on the table....
