I started my new job the other day. Apparently the owner is the toughest restaurateur to work for in the city. YAAAY!! Oh well, I'll give it a try, I want to see what it's like working for a small business rather than a nationwide chain.
As for how my first day went.. well... first they said that they'd probably train me for about 10 days, then I'd start taking tables.. and about 20 minutes later I had 2 tables on my own. WOW.. how fast the time flies!!

that is an interesting theory regarding sunsets and lighting and primal times. how did you know that one of my favorite theories about the behavior of men and women (sexually & emotionally) is tied back to how we as a species evolved from cave man days? Hmmmm, I'm going to have to give that more thought....
