I think I have come to a very very sad realization. I'm at work right now and it has occoured to me, that doing what I love as a career, doesn't make me happy. I love baking, which is why I am doing this in the first place, but working, or actually being a baker, takes all the fun out of having a passion. I much prefer baking and making things for friends and family than I do making a career out of it.

And, simply trying something else out, is more like a huge financial risk for me at this point, I just got engaged, bouight a new vechile and a house! I cant afford to not be employed, and where im from, you dont get a job unless you have post secondary education. Life is slapping me in the face with a wet towel right now lol.
