My first entry into this journal and I can't think of where to start. Life sucks in the Navy. Nearly all of your personal freedoms are gone. My pircings, limitations on my tattoos, just being a normal person. We've got to hold ourselves higher than anyone else and represent the pride of the United States Military.

But on a brighter note, I've got less than three weeks before I finally get to go home and see my friends and family again. I can't wait to take my mom out for dinner and thank her for everything. I've missed her and I worry about her at times. I don't like her being alone like she is now. I'm gonna get sooooo hammered.
