Here is a Google Chrome extension I made for SG! It displays the number of msgs you have in your inbox, and your login status ( pink sg if logged in, grey if not ). You can also click the icon to take you to a few different places on SG. Go to "chrome:extensions" in the address bar to configure the SGChecker options.

I am unable to put it on the official Chrome Extensions site due to the nature of SG, so this will have to do for now
