I have to say that my favorite Halloween movies of all time are the Halloween aka Michael Myers!! I do love pretty much all of them because I view them as each person's take of the villain if you will. Even the movies by Rob zombie I enjoy! I love that each movie has its own take!!
Of course the first is always the greatest and something to hold its own standard! It brought so many new techniques to horror that we still use today!! The half light and half darken face was first notable in the first Halloween John carpenters versions of course.
Even when rob zombie made his movies he talked with John and said he wanted to remake them. John told him to make them his own which I am so happy he did. Rob took the films in such a different and almost in depth background of little Michael and even with his mother. Just made me see the movie,villian and so on in a different way!
Anyway I love these movies and can't get enought. Hope you have liked and enjoyed my first blog sg homework!
