Okie. 90% moved in. Our progress was slowed tremendously by bad weather. It was either really hot, or pouring rain. It would alternate between the two every half hour or so.

Sounds a lot like FL--everyone comes here on vacation for "sunny Florida", but nobody realizes that during the summer it rains Every. Damned. Day.
