hi guys,

i guess its time i updated. (no shit some of you say)

sure its been a while, too long, and in that time i have changed as a person so very much. cheesy it sounds i know, but the reason i havent up dated is only known by 2 of you .. .

..and on that front all is now all ok. for now at least.

so lets bring you all up to speed, crap work and too many hours for too little pay has been the metaphor for my life, thats a given. i aim to change that, mainly because i know what i want now....

well, i had a whole shit load of stuff to say, but in writing i realise that i dont need to ... all to say is things are now good, and i am able to rise above my troubles.. and help those that need it..
