i hate this freakin cable computer connection, which wierdly enough only seems to not let me on this site, so anyone knows whats wrong? i have a set top box for you brits out there...

yeh, so my computer kicked me for a week or two, i apologise for not being around ... i know its making some of ya kranky surely ...

well, i might never go back to work, basically cos it bites.

also bristol this weekend, woohoo.

oh hell, there was so much i was gonna say. but can ya believe i forgotten it all !

and now, i cant be arsed writing what i was gonna, an entire 'ode' to the monkey nut. so instead i just ask you to appreciate the humble monkey nut in all its wonder of possibilities within that shell.

of course it helps if you heard of them!! yes you!
