Since noone knows what an egg in a hat is, here you go:

Eggs in a hat is the best breakfast ever! Its southern style cooking. you only need 3 things:

Butter
A piece of bread (cut a whole in the middle, but save the hole)
An egg

Butter the pan, drop the egg in like for sunny side up eggs. Then drop the peice of bread on top, when the whites are cooked you flip it over and pan fry the top of the bread. You also pan fry the hole from the bread.

When its cooked to your liking, drop the bread with egg (white side down) then put the hole on top of the yolk.
