A local funeral home actually called my current employer and asked if it would be okay to interview me for a position opening at their establishment....When I heard this I was extremely flattered...Not only would I be the HEAD embalmer I would be making about 25,000 MORE than what I am currently making...While the money is enough to make me want to go I AM SO HAPPY at my current location...

ok, might sound weird but with my move to california i need to start looking at new job choices school etc... im actually intrested in working as an embalmer... what advice could you give me? things to think about etc...

wow it sounds tough but i think i can do it...i like funerals actually and think the human boy is really intresting. a friend in hs' s father was the state coroner and i used to go on my off days from school there to check it out and help... not that i was much at the time... anyway is there anyways to learn more about the process so i could understand what i am getting into? like websites or books to read. etc?
