Wow.
What a dramatic change in 72 hours.
Saturday Morning.
I had the real estate agent come to my home. She and I talked through some things and decided on a listing price of 110.5K WOW. she said that was a great price for my home and all the work that i have done to it. (btw, i bought the house for 92K) So she gave me some ideas on sprucing it up for curb appeal since she was going to show it that afternoon. Awesome. While doing some landscaping, a random couple drove by and then stopped and asked me for a tour!! SWEET! On the market for 2 hours and already interest. Hopefully this will be quick because....
(Skipping right over sunday because it was just sun, beach, sex, volleyball...the usual)
... Monday.
I was supposed to start a new job with a local building firm that installs those big steel warehouses. I woke at 5, went to the "meeting place"(mcdonalds) and met a couple of the workers. My first thought is eww. Scumbag. So it didn't feel right.
I walked.
That's right, I quit before i started. I thought about it on the way home and it made me smile and it turned out to be a fortuitous move because.....
...Monday afternoon.
I checked my email and had a response from a application i submitted on columbushelpwanted.com
GREAT NEWS! I went for the interview at 4:15 pm. (located on Main Street) at 4:37 the interview was over. I got the job.
Starting on Tuesday I will be a political activist working for the AFL-CIO (basically a labor union)
WHICH MEANS
IMPORTANT
Does anyone have a couch that i could possibly use every once in a while so i don't have to commute 140 round trip every day? Just until my house sells.
Maybe if I could get a couple of responses you all could take turns, kinda pass the sucof around...meh!?

I hope you get your asking price! I hear the housing market is starting to come back around. I'm hoping to make 10k on mine when I sell too.
