Technology eh? Why not get old skool? Just write your journal on a piece of paper, with a pen - if you can remember what a pen is, and how to use it - and then pin it to your monitor.
You can fool yourself that its on the site cos you'll be able to see in on the screen.
Its a foolproof plan if you ask me.
