hey man, I have seen you in the SG BodyBuilding group... if you don't mind, I want to ask you , what is your shoulder workout consist of ?
I'm trying to get my shoudlers bigger, but it doesn't seem to be gaining much size ...

The ONE exercise that allways seem to make my shoulders grow are 3D Laterals.
Its like a shoulder triset. I do 10 bentover laterals, 10 side laterals and 10 front raises, without pause between the different exercise. I do about 3 sets like this, 2 time a week after I've benchpressed.

Any suggestions for a weak shouldered fool who doesn't have regular gym access and no place to do pull ups but does have a bench and some dumbells? Seriously, you would not believe how infuriatingly weak they are.
