Today at work I mentioned something about eating and my co-worker blurted out that he has noticed that I eat a lot wasn't even where the conversation was heading or what the topic @ hand was but it made me feel sorta bad since I've already been feeling a little bigger than Id'e like to be.
It just hit home I guess because I know I am not as fit as I would like to be or should be but a big part of that is due to the fact I broke my hand back in July and being an avid biker that really killed my summer even bought a new DJer a few weeks prior to that but snowboard season is approaching so that will get me off my ass and doesn't really require my hand.
Has anyone used P90X ? how was it? any other work out suggestions, cant stand the gym feel like such a bot surround by tons of other people just grinding away on crappy machines and I've never been much of a runner.... Ideas..?
