Seriously. I had to deal with it all a year or so ago. No matter how hard I tried to download thier files or click thier links, there was nothing that made any sense and the only way to get anything done is by going down to the actual DMV, taking a number, and sitting with all the pathetic people who just stare at the number caller thing while hoping for an end to thier horrible experience that they are sharing with you.
