a few weeks ago, if any of you remember, there was that bitch on eBay who was threatening to take legal action against me for a purely internal eBay maatter. so I reported her to eBay, since her harassing emails were through the eBay system--which is agains their TOS agreements.

eBay got back to me today, and said that the appropriate third parties were dealt with. With a warning, I believe.
that makes me happy.
