I think I'm afraid of commitment. I don't know if it's true, but it seems like every time I have the chance to get with the one person I want to spend the rest of my life with (I already know who it is; we both do), I am bombarded with opportunities on all sides with other women. On one hand, I want to make sure that I'm through "playing the field." But I've known my true love for 7 years now, and dated for nearly 5 of that (although we are currently broken up). I feel like I'm only delaying the inevitable, and that pushing it off again would be awfully rude.
