The primary reason for the conversion is to get on the same platform as our parent and sister companies. They're all running Nortel.

Overall, it's a good thing for me. We have people in Phoenix and Los Angeles who know Nortel switches inside and out. Once they take over the management responsibilities of our PBX, I get to move into a better job.
