So I have been giving a lot of thought to quitting my job and going full time with my part time job of making 3d virtual furniture and original designs. I would essentially be working for myself but would be subject to shifts in the wind over at imvu.com, where I sell my items. I look at how much I am making now and can only think it would be much more if I devoted 8 hours a day to it. What I decided is that I would put as much effort into as I can on weekends and such until the end of the year and see where I am with it. To be honest though I can envision freedom right around the corner for me to grab. Also if I moved full time I would be able to put time in at second life and possibly get into real estate or making items over there as well. There are other virtual worlds where money can be made also.

I'm getting closer to doing whatever I want, when I want and building my own dream rather than someone else's.

I was talking to my mom the other day and she was telling me about this web promotion stuff she is getting involved in and it sounds a little off to me but she is excited about it. I tried to hide my skepticism but she caught it and pressed further. I told her that there are plenty of ways to make money off the internet and while I do know a lot about the internet I don't know everything and it may well be viable. I also said that if someone told me I would be making thousands of dollars making virtual furniture and accessories a year ago I would have laughed and blew them off so really, what do I know?
