Comcast is a real son of a bitch. my internet seldom works, and now they want to charge me for a service appointment. i forsee another heated, vulgarity-filled conversation in the near future, which may result in me being banned from the internet for a little while.
Sonics just won a much needed w in game three of the western semifinals. this game was a brawl. i'm glad we didn't lose any more players. have faith, and pray for ray.
So last night we took a cruise to the Delerium, and thoroughly poisoned ourselves with liquor. then, we took the ride back, and while racing my friend jordan, i took what may have been the worst spill i've ever had on my bike. this happened when i decided to just kiss my front brake a little, pissing off my bike and causing it to throw me over the front wheel...... while still attached to my pedals with toeclips. this caused the force of inertia to bodyslam me on my side on the street. i actually bounced once or twice. so now, i have a swollen hip. i didn't know hips could swell until this morning. my shoulder's pretty fucked up as well, but not as bad as the hip. Don't drink and ride. it's stupid. or at least don't drink and race. especially not through red lights. and don't pull front brake. ever.
Anyone check out the new 400 Blows album? it fucking rules. i'm in the process of writing up a music video for these guys!!!!

my baby neice turns 1 year old tommorr......today. i am the party dj, and will be starting out with some J.B.'s, a little bit of Steely Dan, and Janko Nilovic. not too sure where i will go from there....anyone got some suggestions for me?

Mastodon was fucking incredible. i'd never seen them - they put on a tight, animated, fun, LOUD show. my only two regrets are that i was too far back to really see Brann playing the drums - he just fucking wails, and i'd love to have watched him go at it.
also, i built up "Hearts Alive" as the song i really really wanted them to play, and they kind of anticlmaxed me by playing it first! it was cool though, the show started with just the sound of waves...
oh yeah, fuck comcast man, get dishnetwork. you get far more cable for the money. my roommates and I pay like 100 a month for shitty comcast cable + internet.
i paid less than half for that when i had dish + HBO + DSL
