ok, I wanted to try out a Mytouch cellphone from T Mobile. I called them and ask them about the plans that for the phone and if they just had a data plan for this phone and the person on the other end said "yes" they do and you will just pay for each call that comes in. I tell them to go ahead and send me the phone then 
. Now I get the phone about 5 days later and open up the box and turn on the phone to find after turning it on that just about none of the services are working on it 
. So,I call them to find out that the person that signed me up lied to me about just being able to get a data only plan on it 
,but the person now tells me that they have a good plan for $54.00 a month that they will give me voice,data,and texting . Ok,I tell them to put me on that plan for $54.00 a month. Now,I sign-up on the T-mobile website to manage my plan. Now,I see that the plan they have me on is $79.00 and not $54.00 a month . I called up T-mobile again telling them the the person I talked with at T-mobile told me that the plan would only cost me $54.00. The salesperson tells me that there's no such plan . Ok,just about everybody I talk with at T-mobile has lie to me.
If I would have not looked at the website to see the cost of my plan I would have not found out about everybody lieing to me. If you caught this in the first 15 day's you can return and get a full refund. I think they know the most people won't find out their cost of their plan in the 15 day period so that these people will be stuck with a phone and bill for 2 years. Almost everyone from T-mobile lie to me. Now thats sad
