i just back home from a very uneventful day. after class today... i didn't want to go home... i went for a little drive to the places that at one time or another were my homes away from home... the alibi in hillcrest... the second wind of course in north park...lancers... gee i spent way too much of my free hours on dive bars...and my fav coffee shop claire de lune... they were so different from what I remember... esp claire... I remember that it a small but loyal crowd of people who would sit and talk about their day... thoughts... and just life in general... it was different... it's become pop... which is good for the shop, but ol' anti socials like myself it's hellish...I guess I'll have to find a seven eleven parking lot to call my own... i need to be more social... baby steps... baby steps.
