I should have more to post, since I haven't done an update in a little while, but nothing much of import has happened lately. Yay for me, I guess, but boring reading for anyone who's got me bookmarked/'friend'ed. Sorry. Comment and tell me I'm cute or pretty or something.

Spanish final this Friday (glad to get this semester out of the way), par-tay Saturday at Cory's. Looks like a lot of people are skipping out on this shindig, which is a disappointment. I'm not much of a people-person, but I did like the SGIndy crowd last time 'round.

Watching American Splendor in the background... well, the commentary track. Toby Radloff is on the track, and he sounds just the same as he did when he was on MTV in the mid-80s as the "World's Biggest Nerd." He's nasal and over-pronounces words; I'm probably one step from sounding like him. The movie's fairly close in feel to the comic. Of course, while the movie played, i dug through my bookcases and can't find my American Splendor compendiums... *sigh*. In a mood to read, I have thousands of books, and I can't find what I want.

Sat and talked with Harlen fairly in-depth tonight, first time I've actually done so. His heart's been broken a few times in the last month, which gave us a bit of common ground. Things were uncomfortable considering that one of the girls to break his heart is a friend of mine, but... I felt bad for him, and she doesn't need to know the things he said.

The boy has ADD or something, with his brain churning non-sequiturs, and he's not quite aware that the things he blurts out can be hurtful; I've come close to going off on him a few times for things he's said about me, but as I get to know him more, I know he's not trying to be insulting, he's just thinking aloud...
