Am I the only person who is utterly, utterly disturbed by the TV advertisements for Burger King's breakfast foods? I can't imagine waking up in bed, turning over, and having the giant plastic-headed 1970's Burger-King King grinning at me. Well, I can imagine it, actually, but I don't like it.

After giving her a few months and not getting any feedback, I'm giving up on her. We'll see if she wants to be friends, still, or if that goes away as well.

Finally have had enough of being treated as inconsequential. Time to pull the plug. Enough bad feelings have built up over the last few weeks that i think it's for the best, anyway.

I'm not straightedge by any means, but I do have an aversion to those close to me using anything, and I feel uncomfortable with her wanting to smoke out with the slacker teenage workers in receiving. "It's just pot." Yeah, I know. I think it should even be legalized... but it's not for me. Same thing with tobacco... I don't mind friends smoking, but I'm not keen on dating someone who does.

I could do without the constant slams against my beliefs, too. I don't proselytize out of respect for the beliefs of others, and would appreciate the same treatment in return.

And, of all things, why mock me for wanting to do good in school? I'm proud of having a 4.0 thankyouverymuch. It's not anal-retentiveness, it's just that I like learning. Sue me.

So... yeah. Guess I should be keeping my eyes open again. One of these decades I might meet someone. Or, maybe not.
