Running a low A+/high A in Spanish. Not bad- considering that I'd never studied a language before- but I'd still rather be running a solid A+. Two tests next week. I need to study heavily for them, since I'm having trouble creating good sentences (leaving out articles, adding "de" when it's not needed before an adjective, etc.) One of the tests is an oral test of some sort; I'm not sure if I'm going to be speaking or just listening/writing. Bleah.

Been digging a bit deeper here on SG, may end up going to a local meet a couple of weekends from now. While I'm not too socially adept, it feels kinda good to be doing something instead of just sitting around and moping about the Stephanie conundrum. Hope they don't mind if I'm quiet and/or shy... it's been years since I've done an online-meet, and I honestly can't remember if I do well with them.
SG users have been pretty friendly- a welcome change of pace from the usual online BBS/board in-fighting that seems to happen elsewhere. A couple of people have actually come to leave comments in my journal- nice. *waves at those who might be reading this* It might sound pitiful, but it was a nice pick-me-up yesterday, when I was feeling blah.

Work sucked last night. Slammed with freight (the buyers in Bentonville must've gotten some good deals on PDQ trays of Pepcid- we got 6 times the amount needed to build a feature). A new kid worked toys with Heather last night, and kept up a running non-sequitur-filled monologue every time we went on break. He even kept talking to Heather and me when we were trying to talk to each other privately. The boy acted like he'd been using both cocaine and speed, and made the dire error of making a snide/insulting remark about my age. Kill kill kill. I have a new bane, and I want him dead. Hooray!
